The program is implemented by sports organizations from four EU countries – Italy, Portugal, Croatia, and Greece – and aims to transfer knowledge and skills from grassroots sport to people with intellectual disabilities. Through the involvement of young people aged 18–30 as peer trainers, it strengthens active engagement in disability sport and prepares participants for future professional roles in the field.
