The project "Reaching Youth Workers as Representatives of the Disability Response" (WAYWARD) is a capacity building project involving 7 partner organizations from Europe, Asia and Central America with the primary goal of strengthening personal development, overcoming stereotypes and the social integration of young people (18-25 years old) with intellectual disabilities in partner countries through the empowerment of youth workers and NGOs in understanding and the methodological toolkit based on the ETS (Sport through Sport) methodology. The ETS, combining the potential of an ETS with Sports, provides organizations with a powerful tool for enhancing the motivation of young people with disabilities to participate in society, while combating social stigma through positive awareness and providing young people with intellectual disabilities with a skills for successful integration in all areas of education, society and, in the future, the labor market.

1) Πρόγραμμα Κατάρτισης που επιτρέπει στους φορείς που δραστηριοποιούνται στον τομέα της νεολαίας να ενθαρρύνουν τα κίνητρα, τις δεξιότητες και το δυναμικό κοινωνικής ένταξης στο επίπεδο των νέων με νοητική υστέρηση μέσω του ETS.
2) Handbook, which will serve as support material for youth organizations and organizations with the specialized goal of young people with intellectual disabilities in their work.
3) Multilingual Internet Platform with the aim of promoting the activities / materials of the project, e-learning opportunities in external bodies through e-learning modules as well as revealing future activities that will be implemented by the project partners in their international and local events.
