In 2020, within the framework of the European program Erasmus +, our Association coordinates the implementation of the program "Dual-Track Careers for Para-Athletes" (PARAdig) with the partnership of 8 partners from 7 different European countries.

The consortium will conduct research around the athlete with a disability in order to find ways to make the system that supports him work better. The research will be accompanied by the collection of good practices that will lead to the Best Practices Manual for professionals across the EU. Finally, a specialized virtual learning platform will be created to help the athlete who goes from training to work and teach him all the basics of the business world and entrepreneurship.
