Technology has become an important tool for inclusion, accessibility, and the development of modern organisations. As part of the Staff Mobility in Sofia, Bulgaria, six members of our organisation participated in the Digital Tools for Inclusion training programme.

Through the programme, participants were introduced to modern digital tools and new practices, developing skills that can be applied both to the organisation’s daily operations and to the design of more inclusive activities.

The training also provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge, experiences, and ideas, strengthening our organisation’s outreach and the European dimension of our work.

The experience in Sofia highlighted the potential of technology as a tool for empowerment, collaboration, and equal participation, providing participants with new knowledge and inspiration for the organisation’s future activities.
