Staff Mobility – Nessebar, Bulgaria 2025

Education is a key tool for creating a more inclusive and accessible sports environment. As part of the Staff Mobility in Nessebar, Bulgaria, participants had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills through experiential learning, collaboration, and the exchange of best practices.

The training programme focused on the inclusion of people with disabilities in sports, understanding the barriers they face, and developing practices and tools that can contribute to creating more accessible sports activities.

At the same time, the mobility programme gave participants the opportunity to collaborate with people from different countries, exchange experiences, and strengthen a European network that promotes equal participation, accessibility, and inclusion through sport.

The joint activity with the Group Mobility participants was particularly valuable, as it connected education with practice and created a meaningful space for interaction, learning, and collaboration.

The experience in Nessebar highlighted that inclusive education goes beyond the acquisition of knowledge; it contributes to changing attitudes and creating a sports environment that is open and accessible to everyone.
