The program integrates scientific evidence linking cerebellar function with attention, memory, and emotional regulation, using balance exercises to enhance neural functions. At the same time, natural interventions such as outdoor activities, sport, mindfulness, and supportive well-being practices are applied, without reliance on medication. The combination of these approaches contributes to reduced hyperactivity and improved coordination and self-regulation.
