Our project aims to develop a training program for sports consultants, especially for the guidance of athletes with dual careers. Our program will encourage integration, allowing counselors to work with both athletes with high levels of physical integrity and athletes with disabilities, thus promoting integration.
Targets:
- Establish a dual career guidance training program, applicable anywhere in the EU. Such a program will designate advisors to help athletes successfully manage their dual careers. Ultimately, the goal is to develop a media network of experts in this field within the EU.
- To provide knowledge about the different education systems in the participating countries. Raise awareness of mobility and transport opportunities.
- Prevent premature abandonment through early detection of the risk of rejection in virtual environments and through the development of relevant strategies.
